Zee5 Enters to US Market Priyanka Chopra Joins the Launch ceremony
India’s Largest Content Portfolio OTT Platform Zee5 Officially enters into United States & Canada on June 22nd 2021. Earlier Zee5 has appreciated Success Story in the Key South Asian Market within the weeks of its launches and rapidly expanding its presence in Europe and UK.
Zee5 had tested
its beta version in US Market and now they are ready with its official launch
with introductory offer priced at USD49.99 annually and USD84
thereafter. All the content of Zee5 will be expose to US Audience including the
recent hits like Friends – The Reunion and Radhe – The most wanted bhai.
The US launch
will be the final and the largest launch and it will Target 5.4 million
of ready userbase along with the US Indians Audience who are keen to enjoy Indian
content. The launch ceremony had veterans like Priyanka Chopra Jonas as a special
guest.

Zee5 aims
to gain 350 to 400m Monthly Active Users in next 4-5 Years and 80-100
million Pageviews every day in 4-5 years and there is a great content is being
line up it is just that because of Pandemic restrictions there is delay on the announcement
of upcoming shows and originals.
Zee5 had
seen significant viewership hike in the month of May due to the launch of 2
mega hits, Salman Khan’s Radhe and Friends: The Reunions has seen great
spike in subscription numbers and these two pieces of content does well across
the platform.
As part of
User acquisition Zee5 is also Shutting down content from its YouTube Library to
gain exclusivity on Zee5 app their Focus this year is on APP.to gain more users
on both AVOD as well as on SVOD Zee5 is running multiple campaigns across the
various medium to drive audience on Zee5’s App on both Android and iOS platforms
across the devices.
Radhe is the
case study for Future, 14m app users in month of May just because 2 piece of
content Silence has done good job in early April and Sunflower got rave reviews
from critics which will help to gain more viewers. Zee5 has become No1. In IOS
and Android for Entertainment app
