Mukesh Ambani Smartly Rebrands Big bazaar as Smart Bazaar & Central Mall as Reliance Mall.

• Big bazaar will be now Smart Bazaar & Central Mall will get Rebranded as Reliance Mall
• Fashion at big bazaar will be merged with Reliance trends

As we all know that India's leading Retail Company Future Group is Brought by Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Retail Ventures last year in August 2021 and as a part of Acquisition process Mukesh Ambani has started Rebranding of Future group’s all brands.

Amazon has raised dispute on Reliance-Future Group deal as amazon holds potential stack in Future group but later this dispute was solved in court of law and Indian Supreme court has given green signal to this deal. Amazon is in indirect competition with Reliance Jio and Jio Platforms and while amazon was fighting in court of law Mukesh Ambani smartly rebrands the future groups brands. From Big bazaar to Smart Bazaar, Central mall which is a largest property of Future Group will be rebranded as Reliance mall. (Most of you all wonder why central mall & Big bazaar near to you is shut from so many days. Now you know the real reason behind it).

Not just these two but Fashion at Big bazaar will also be merged with Reliance trends. Also in Reliance Mall we will get to see a lot of reliance own and acquired brands such as Reliance Fresh,

Reliance retail is planning to deploy 950 Stores of Smart bazaar and Reliance fresh along with Reliance Trends and Reliance Digital. According to report Reliance has a target to open these stores by March End and will be fully operational from the new financial year however there is no official confirmation on this neither by reliance nor by Future group.

Future group has some of the largest properties across the india which also includes Central mall which is spread over from 60,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet and Reliance has planned to transform these properties in to Reliance Mall and it will have all the flagship stores of Reliance retail ventures including small stores of Seven eleven, Easy Day and Reliance Fresh store. Future group’s leading apparel brand Fashion at Big Bazaar will now merge with Reliance trends and all the brand factory stores will also get merged with Reliance Retail ventures.

Overall, slowly gradually Mukesh Ambani is building his empire in all the possible business in India with vison of enjoying monopoly in every business. On the other side amazon is still trying to compete with Reliance digitally, legally and all the other possible ways.
